Christmas Continues

On Tuesday the Supreme Court slapped another activist judge. In Trump v. American Federation of Government Employees, the Supremes vacated an injunction entered by a District Judge in the Northern District of California. You may recall that last week Justice Kagan switched over to the good guys’ side. This time Justice Sotomayor also joined the winning team for an 8-1 decision.

That left Jackson alone, drowning in her own sea of stupidity. And drown she did. She wrote one of the longest dissents ever to a simple order. I am thinking we need to put it on Star Trek because nobody in this galaxy could possibly follow it. Maybe it was written in Klingon.

The Supreme order reopens the door for the Trump Administration to jettison ballast in the form of worthless, lazy, communist, anti-American government employees.

The funny thing is that the case was filed by the union to get an injunction to prohibit the agencies of the executive branch from compiling plans to reduce their staffs. If the union had done nothing, the Trump administration would only be looking into staff reductions right now. Because they forced the issue, however, the Supreme Court has now cleared the way for President Trump to fire whoever he wants (which is the right constitutional decision).

Unfortunately, the New Hampshire District Court, judge who was overruled in one of the consolidated birthright citizenship cases has on his own motion certified as a class all alien infants born in the USA after January 20, 2025, and then entered another injunction Wednesday, apparently trying to fit its decision within the guidelines of the Supreme Court’s earlier opinion. This actually is another gift because it could force the Supreme Court to rule sooner on the birthright citizenship issue. Before the original case makes its way back to the Supreme Court we could be in the next presidential administration. Should the Democrats win they will not pursue the Trump Administration’s cases and we will have lost the opportunity to limit that fallacy of our immigration laws.

As I pointed out earlier because six justices concluded in the first opinion that the Trump Administration was likely to win on the merits, it looks like the final opinion will be that children of illegal aliens born in the USA are not entitled to automatic citizenship

Another Christmas gift came from the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. They ordered the District Court to reverse a conviction of Douglas Mackey and enter a judgment of acquittal as a matter of law. Mackey was politically prosecuted by the Biden administration because he flooded social media with numerous posts making fun of Joe Biden before the 2020 election. The unanimous opinion from the Second Circuit was a great victory for free speech. It also demonstrated how the Democrats operate. They knew they were going to eventually lose the case. They just wanted to put the guy in jail for a while to intimidate other people from attacking their positions. The case is a perfect example of what the Commies do while accusing the patriots of doing it.

The CIA released a report on their investigation into the illegal Crossfire Hurricane investigation that directly contradicts testimony John Brennan gave under oath in congressional hearings. Then the Department of Justice somehow leaked that they have been conducting criminal investigations into Brennon and James Comey for the Crossfire Hurricane farce and the fake claim that Hunter Biden‘s laptop was a Russian plant. With more than 25 people who are too weak to tell the truth, at least one of them must have caved in to the FBI. This could be the greatest news of the year. Although, that whirring sound you are hearing is most likely the sound of thousands of shredding machines trying to destroy evidence faster than Hillary Clinton with BleachBit.

What I like best is how the DOJ leaked information that damages Comey. He admitted to illegally leaking information from time to time when he thought it would help the FBI’s investigations while he was running the show. Poetic justice.

If all goes well, the FBI will sooner or later get around to using the massive amount of evidence on Hunter’s laptop to indict China Joe for corruption. That would make for a really fun election year in 2026.

Speaking of China Joe, his handlers thought they were so smart when having him wave executive privilege for secrets from the first Trump Administration. Well, for the second time in the last three weeks, the second Trump Administration did the same thing. They are waiving executive privilege for all non-military documents and communications during the Biden administration. Ouch!

I like how the people claiming his waiver is unconstitutional are the same people who said Joe Biden doing the same thing was going to preserve our Constitution. Maybe we should remind them that they also claimed China Joe was the “transparency president.“

Notwithstanding the waiver, China Joe’s White House physician refused to answer questions before a congressional committee. He relied on the doctor-patient privilege and his rights under the 5th Amendment to the United States Constitution. This is an easy fix. If Joe truly is the transparency president and the Democrats want to prove they are transparent, Joe should waive the privilege. It belongs to the patient not the doctor.

As to the claim against self-incrimination, the DOJ should give him a non-prosecution agreement or President Trump could pardon him and that barrier will go away. The fact that he relied heavily on the 5th Amendment makes me think he is guilty as hell. He was involved in one of China Joe’s secret energy deals with China so we also know he is guilty of a lot more than lying about China Joe not being a beanbag.

Apparently, Jeff Bezos got the Christmas spirit. The Washington Post announced to all of their employees that they were going to make an effort to try to start telling the truth. If employees could not “align themselves” with the paper’s new objective they will need to get a new job.

I can’t wait to see what they consider to be the truth.

Wednesday was the shortest day in history, beating the previous record by 0.14 milliseconds. The increase in the velocity of the Earth’s rotation was caused by the location of the moon in relation to the sun and Jupiter. The gravitational pull gave us a little boost for a short period of time until the moon moved 0.00000014 seconds later to slow everything back down to normal.

Don’t worry. You will not age faster. We are still on track to hit the autumnal equinox right on time. Nevertheless, it is reported that the Democrats blamed the rotation anomaly on global warming and President Trump.
