On 5 December 1994, in Budapest Hungary, one of the stars of the Clinton Administration fulfilled his loyalty to the New World Order. Donald Blinken, on behalf of the United States, signed agreements with Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine to offer protection in exchange for those three countries giving up their nuclear weapons. The agreements were combined into a single comprehensive document called the “Budapest Memorandum” (the “BM”). You may think Donald Blinkin‘s name rings a bell. I will explain why later.
