In the law we have a saying, “good cases make bad law.” It is one of the most truthful things you will ever hear a lawyer say. Several times in my own career I have won cases I should have lost. Those cases then became precedent, paving the way for other people to find a way to skirt the intent of the law.
I kind of feel like President Trump calling up the National Guard is going to be one of those cases. His intentions are pure and, let’s face it, when degenerates are roaming our streets flying flags of another country and terrorizing the small businesses and residents, it is an invasion and we should use all of our military assets to destroy those foreign terrorists.
Yet, I can’t help but worry that the next Democrat administration will use this case to terrorize practicing Catholics, Jews and other patriots, just like they did last time with our criminal justice system.

I am going to interrupt your Sunday with a little history lesson. When the Constitution was ratified, its drafters feared nothing more than an authoritarian federal government. To protect the state’s rights, they gave Governors primary control of the militia (known today is the National Guard).
The plan was to give the federal government control of the military on the high seas and state governments control of the military within the country. Just one more part of the separation of powers. I know this may come as a shock to you, but the Constitution of the United States of America prohibits the federal government from maintaining a permanent army. Article I, Section 8 states that Congress has the power “to raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years.” That is why all defense research is funded through the navy.
To provide for emergencies, Section 8 later gives Congress the power “to provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions.” That is the authority on which the Trump administration bases its case. They followed the law Congress passed to implement this section.
We can thank California for infesting the country with their bizarre idea that crimes should not be punished.

The rumor surrounding Governor Pritzker’s behavior when several communist governors gave testimony before the United States Congress last week are totally untrue. He did not eat Congress. He just ate everything in the cafeteria.
Jerry Nadler reportedly was both impressed and furious at the same time.
——
Speaking of communists, when I heard that a California senator was arrested Thursday, I thought, “Yes, finally Adam Schiff was going to be prosecuted for the bank fraud he committed by claiming his Maryland home as his primary residence (to get a better deal on a mortgage).”
Then I turned on the television and learned that it was Alex Padilla who got arrested. I will admit I forgot he was the other senator from California.
It turns out Padilla was arrested because he tried to commandeer a press conference at the Department of Homeland Security. Apparently, he was feeling forgotten so he tried doing something stupid and illegal so people would know who he is.
It must be tough being the senior senator from a state and being overshadowed by the junior senator simply because he is a more famous liar.
California likes it when both of their senators are felons. They are trying to pretend they are New Jersey.

Speaking of Democrats who promote violence for personal gain, I point out that while Minnesota’s totally insane governor was out suggesting we allow China to control our Middle Eastern policy and encouraging people to riot in protest of having a President who fulfills his duty to, “take care that the laws are faithfully executed,” members of his own state legislature were assassinated by somebody pretending to be a police officer.
I have no faith in Minnesota ever solving that crime. Their governor already put some of their best police officers in prison for doing their job.

I am prohibited by law from telling you about information in the possession of our own intelligence agencies but nothing prohibits me from discussing things I find out from intelligence agencies of other countries. So, let me tell you that at least four other countries believe that Iran already has constructed its first nuclear bomb. Just think how much safer we would all be today if neither the Obama nor China Joe ever occupied the White House.
Three different naval ships operating in the area received thrice as many resupply deliveries as usual the week before Israel started disciplining Iran. Two of those vessels have been launching about $2 billion worth of missiles a day since hostilities began.
Do you really think Donald Trump didn’t know in advance that Israel was going to be striking Thursday night?

As to Israel, I have to give them credit. Iran tells them, “nanny, nanny, poo, poo. You can’t find our underground nuclear facilities.” So, Israel kills all the scientists and the three generals in charge of their nuclear program, plus about 20 other military leaders. Then they bomb the entrances to the tunnels used to access those facilities. Problem solved.
My favorite part was Israel following up by E-mailing the soon–to-be-promoted military officers to let them know they could be next, at any given time. Ouch!
If you want a job that offers opportunities for quick career advancement, I have a feeling the Iran army is going to have many openings in the next few weeks.
——
We should take notice that both the Israeli strike and last month‘s Ukrainian offensive were immensely successful because they had surreptitiously set up drone bases inside of the enemy country ahead of time. It makes me wonder why Arizona’s governor vetoed a bill that would have prohibited China from doing the same thing right next to our military bases in her state.
Remember, with about $400 billion a year to spend corrupting our government, China Joe is not the only person purchased by the Chinese Communist Party.
——
Robert Kennedy fired all 17 of the Vaccine Approval Board members appointed by China Joe. Then he did something very strange. He replaced them with real scientists instead of political cronies.
Remember “follow the science”? The Democrats believe that battle cry about as much as they believe in the Rule of Law.

I'd like to know which law allowed unknown people to run our country why Biden called himself president. That has to be the biggest scandal of our lifetime. We don't know who was running our country for 4 years.
You say, "I have no faith in Minnesota ever solving that crime."
I'm sorry, but if Timmy can fix a truck, he can solve anything.
Also, I would like to know what's the difference between fixing a truck and fixing a car?
