Twisted Tuesday

Foreigners who live in Lost Angeles rioted and attacked federal agents to protest the enforcement of the law and removal of criminals from their neighborhoods. On the first day, the mayor of Los Angeles ordered the police to ignore the distress calls from the federal agents.

Luckily, they still have a sheriffs department in Los Angeles County that is not mentally retarded. The deputies responded to the emergency calls being ignored by the police. Nevertheless, the Mayor’s failure to nip it in the bud caused the number of rioters to increase every day as paid mercenaries were sent to the city. President Trump had to call up the National Guard because the large number of anti-American rioters, according to both the police chief and the sheriff, “overwhelmed” both of their departments.

Think about how somebody with money and great organization was able on one day’s notice to deliver several thousand mercenaries to try to gain control of the city. That is an attack on the USA. Any American who supports such a coordinated attack is guilty of treason.

The worst mayor in California history continues to claim the riots “are not that bad.” (FYI, there are whole blocks of downtown LA where every window has been broken.) I bet Mayor Dingbat said the same thing to the people in Pacific Palisades when their homes burned to the ground while she was taking one of those trips she promised never to take if she got elected.

Too bad that city has the highest illiteracy rate in the country. Otherwise, the rioters would have been able to read the newspaper. Then they would have learned that this past week their state legislature passed a bill to replace the violent criminals being removed by the Department of Homeland Security with more violent criminals. Yes, the California legislature passed a bill to release from prison most prisoners serving life sentences. Many of these prisoners are convicted murderers. In 27 other states they would have been sentenced to death. So, there is no reason for the aliens in Los Angeles to worry. If they just wait a few weeks, they will have more murderers living amongst them.

Let me go out on a limb here. I predict that should the California bill become law, the Menendez brothers won’t be the only people in California celebrating their undeserved freedom by committing more murders.

There are three primary reasons why we don’t see similar riots in Florida. First, Florida has the highest percentage of residents carrying concealed weapons than any other state. Secondly, Florida has a stand-your-ground law. It gives Florida residents the right to defend themselves with no obligation to retreat, even when that would be the best resolution. That means if you come towards me exhibiting any act that could cause a reasonable person to believe that I could suffer bodily harm, I am allowed to shoot you. Dead. It has proven to be a wonderful deterrent against violent crime.

The third primary reason came to mind when I saw the California Commies blocking intersections. After the Left States encouraged riots in 2020 and 2021, the Florida legislature passed a law that gives every motorist the right to use deadly force against anyone who forcefully stops our travels and/or intentionally blocks a roadway. Yes, you have the right to protest, but in Florida, I have the right to run you over if you intentionally delay my trip. If you attack my vehicle, I can shoot you. Again, Dead. You see, if a crazy mob like the one in LA started doing the same thing in Florida, there would be few survivors.

By the way, the President has every right to call up the National Guard without the governor first requesting it. Article II of the Constitution specifically states, “The President shall be Commander in Chief of the . . . Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States.” A II, 2.

People who say the Governor must first request the President get involved rely on the ambiguous language in Article IV, Section 4, which states the Federal government shall “protect each [state] against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

In practice, the governors have the power to call up the National Guard for any reason. When they request federal assistance they never seek an application from the legislature, as required by the Constitution.

Moreover, years ago Congress passed the Insurrection Act, which gives the President the authority to call up the military (including the National Guard) to put down any insurrection.

What is going on in LA is either an invasion or an insurrection. When the rioters are flying flags of other countries and attacking our police and federal agents, by definition it constitutes an invasion. When they burn the American flag at the same time, it is also an insurrection, if not an outright act of war.

If I was king, the first brick thrown at a law-enforcement officer would be answered with a bullet.

Pick up any history book and you will learn that every revolution in history. Every one, including our own, began with mobs. Eventually, the mobs grew into small militias. That is exactly what the people that hate the United States want to happen, especially the traitors in our own government.

On Friday, the Supreme Court lifted a District Court stay against the Trump administration in Social Security Administration v. American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees. It was a six-three decision that now allows the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) complete access to all of the personnel records of government employees. The most important part of this ruling is that it will allow DOGE to search records by social security number and home addresses. They are still looking for about $3.4 trillion stolen from the government over the past few years and that information will become very helpful.

Something that has not been reported in the news: DOGE employees already have referred more than 30 people to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution. I expect that number to exceed 100 by the end of the year.

The Democrats got what they wanted. The South American murderer who was deported to El Salvador was returned to the United States. He now faces more than 100 counts of human trafficking, conspiracy to commit murder, and several other crimes. If he is convicted of only 10% of the charges against him, he will still serve the rest of his life in prison. So, all the Democrats did was shift the cost of incarcerating this low life from El Salvador to the USA.

BTW, we needed the indictment to get him back into the United States. Nobody in the news media seems to want to talk about why we could not get El Salvador to send him back without it. Under our extradition treaty with El Salvador, they were entitled to keep him because they have outstanding charges against him for murders he allegedly committed there. The only way we could get him was for us to have more serious charges pending here. You see, President Trump did exactly what the Court ordered him to do. He took “all possible actions to facilitate his return.”
